德恒受邀撰写国际律师协会《亚太地区营商环境指南》

近日，国际律师协会（International Bar Association, IBA）亚太区域论坛发布了有关在亚太地区开展商业活动的全面、创新性指南——《亚太地区营商环境指南》（Doing Business in Asia Pacific）第一版。德恒受邀撰写了该指南中国篇的部分章节。
《亚太地区经商指南》长达535页，从商业环境、商业和公司结构、并购、外商投资、破产重组、就业和劳动、产业关系、工作健康和安全、税法、知识产权、融资、隐私与数据保护、竞争法及争议解决等方面，全面介绍了澳大利亚、中国、中国香港特别行政区、印度、印度尼西亚、日本、马来西亚、新加坡、韩国、菲律宾和越南等11个亚太国家和地区的法律和营商环境。该指南面向亚太区域及跨国企业，由当地法律专家提供最新的专业观点与实践经验，是外国投资者和法律专业人士了解前述地区营商环境的实用工具。
德恒作为国际律师协会团体会员，受邀撰写了《亚太地区营商环境指南·中国篇》的部分章节。合伙人陈巍律师担任该指南中国篇开篇综述（Introduction）作者，结合中国法律制度框架及最新发展提供了整体信息与专业见解；合伙人王建平律师担任中国篇劳动法（Employment Law）章节的作者，全面介绍了中国劳动法相关法律规范、司法实践中的关键问题以及最新发展趋势。顾问KaiXue，以及王冠律师、郭旭律师、李安歌律师共同参与撰写了以上章节，并得到德恒劳动法专委会及跨境业务委员会丁亮律师等多位成员的支持。

DeHeng Contributes to China Section of the IBA Doing Business in Asia Pacific Guidebook
Several lawyers of DeHeng Law Offices, a member law firm of the International Bar Association (IBA), are contributors to the China section of the inaugural edition of the Doing Business in Asia Pacific guidebook. The introductory chapter of the China section is authored by partner Wei (David) Chen, providing up-to-date information and practical insights on general legal framework and recent legal developments in China. The chapter of the section on employment law is authored by partner Jianping Wang, and introduces major domestic employment laws and regulations, key issues in employment law practice, and recent trends in the area.
The publication of the first edition of Doing Business in Asia Pacific is organized by the International Bar Association (IBA) Asia Pacific Regional Forum to serve as a guidebook for conducting business in the Asia Pacific region.
This 535-page guidebook covers a wide range of topics, including business environment, business and corporate structures, takeovers, foreign investment, restructuring and insolvency, employment, industrial relations, and work health and safety, tax law, intellectual property, financing, privacy laws and data protection, competition law, and dispute resolution, and provides a comprehensive introduction of doing business in 11 jurisdictions –China, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Australia, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea and Vietnam.
