- Represented Wuhan Jindadi urban construction Engineering Co., Ltd. and won the case of contract dispute with Wuhan foreign capital project management office.
- Represented Wuhan Yugao fluid control system engineering Co., Ltd. and won the case of dispute over factoring contract with a Shanghai bank.
- Defended the individual surnamed Chen who is suspected of defrauding the bill acceptance, and obtained the decision of the public prosecution organ not to prosecute.
- Advised FiberHome Technologies Group in the overseas equity merger and acquisition project of Vtchnology Ltd.
- Serves as the perennial legal counsel of Wuhan Optical Valley FH Fund Management Co., Ltd. and Wuhan Optical Valley Information and Optoelectronics Innovation Center Co., Ltd., subsidiaries of Fiber Home Technologies Group.
