(8143.HK, listed on the SEHK Growth Enterprise Market) on the major transaction for the acquisition of 55% of equity of Chongqing Edwards Hospital, discloseable transaction for acquisition of 55% of equity of Jiaxing Dawn Hospital of Combination of Chinese Traditional Medicine and Western Medicine, discloseable transaction for the acquisition of 70% of equity of Foshan Qide Hospital, the discloseable transaction for the acquisition of 70% of equity of Shangrao Union Hospital, the discloseable transaction for the acquisition of 100% of equity of Anhui Bengbu Aomeijia Women’s Hospital, and the very substantial acquisition of 100% of equity of Huihao Medicine Group.
• Acted as the Chinese legal counsel for MP Logistics Holdings Limited (8239.HK, listed on the SEHK Growth Enterprise Market, later renamed BenQ Energy Holdings Co., Ltd.) on the substantial acquisition of 100% equity of Xinjiang Mulei Kaiyuan Coal Mine and Qitai Zexu Coal Mine.
• Acted as the Chinese legal counsel for Kanhan Technology Group Co., Ltd. (8175.HK, listed on the SEHK Growth Enterprise Market, now renamed as China Digital Copyright (Group) Co., Ltd.) on the substantial acquisition of 70% of equity of Anhui Dangtu Zhongtian Water Supply Co., Ltd.
• Acted as the Chinese legal counsel for China PALMPAY (8047.HK, listed on the SEHK Growth Enterprise Market) on the principal and related party transaction for acquisition of 24% of equity in Media Magic.
• Acted as the Chinese legal counsel for BenQ Energy Holdings Limited (8239.HK, listed on the SEHK Growth Enterprise Market) on the discloseable transaction for acquisition of office property of Yema Building in Xinjiang.
• Acted as the special legal counsel for Zijin Mining Group Co., Ltd. (2899.HK, listed on the SEHK Growth Enterprise Market) and China Lonking Holdings Co., Ltd. (3339.HK, listed on the SEHK Growth Enterprise Market) to jointly acquire 61% equity in a certain mining company and the target company of the 118 mineral rights projects.
• Acted as the Chinese legal counsel for China Digital Copyright (Group) Co., Ltd. (8175.HK, listed on the SEHK Growth Enterprise Market) on the very substantial transaction for the acquisition of 25% of stake in SOCLE LIMITED.
• Acted as the general coordinator for Wanjia Group (0401.HK, listed on the SEHK Growth Enterprise Market) on the spin-off project from the GEM to the Main Board.
• Acted as a perennial legal counsel for domestic and overseas listed companies such as Wanjia Group (0401.HK), GMTECH (002093) and Acer Capital (2288.HK).
