• Acted as legal advisor for Buyer on the project of Overall Listing of Zhejiang Wuchan Group (known as the 1st case of the Mixture Reform of Zhejiang State-owned enterprises)
• Acted as legal adviser on bankruptcy reorganization of majority shareholder of Zoje holding group Co., Ltd., a domestic listed company
• Acted as legal advisor on acquisition between Zhejiang Zhongda Holding group Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Fengdao Holding group Co., Ltd.

• Acted as attorney of more than 300 litigations and arbitrations of Capital Markets, including 10 litigations and arbitrations of gambling and equity repurchase between private equity investment funds and the committed parties
