• Serve as the long-term legal counsel in matters of financing and investment for Guangdong Guangzhou Daily Media Co. Ltd and its subsidiaries.
• Served as the legal counsel for the listing of many companies and large state-owned enterprise, including Guangzhou Zhiguang Electric Co. Ltd and its subsidiaries, Guangdong Province Guangsheng Asset Management Co. Ltd, and Zhongshan infrastructure build and transfer's project.
• Provided legal consulting services for Guangzhou Zhujiang Sports and Culture Co. Ltd and Guangzhou JP-WH Precision Circuit Co. Ltd; The legal consulting services include initial public offering, private equity financing, and mergers and acquisitions; The target markets for the clients include Main/SME (small and medium enterprise) board, GEM (growth enterprise market), and new OTC (over the counter) market.

• Liquidation, Reorganization and Bankruptcy
• Completed bankruptcy reorganizations for over 32 listed companies and large companies including Shangxi Liansheng Energy Co. Ltd; involving nearly 100 billion worth of creditor's rights and more than 30 billion worth assets.
• Completed influential bankruptcy reorganizations involving real estate, industry, exhibition, supply chain, and new OTC market.
• Completed  bankruptcy reorganization for PCI-Suntek Technology Co. Ltd.
• Attended China Dragon Securities Co. Ltd and Qinghai Sunshiny Mining Co. Ltd.'s bankruptcy reorganization's meetings as a representative debtor.
• Managed liquidation cases for securities firm and future exchange company's administration liquidation.
• Engaged in liquidation cases involving steel, real estate, logistics, seafood, innovation, investment, cultural and medical industry.
• Assisted in China Securities Regulatory Commission's liquidations process for multiple securities companies; provided services to "De Long" securities companies and handled an ample number of legal affairs for securities companies as the handling lawyer.

• Dispute Resolution
• Handled influential and large-scale cases in the trial of civil and commerce in matters of arbitration and enforcement; clients included companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Total S.A., China Unicom, IBM, China Minsheng Bank, Nanyang Commercial Bank and etc.
• Provided services for a foreign bank's acquisition of 4 billion non-performing assets; provide service for disposal and recovery of non-performing assets for large financial institutions.
• Hosted and participated in multiple transfer and acquisition projects of unfinished buildings, and non-performing assets; have profound experiences in dealing with disposal, acquisition, and follow-up legal services.
• Provided services of bad debt recovery for companies such as Guangzhou International Holding Group Co. Ltd, Guangdong Yuecai Investment Holding Co. Ltd, and China Minsheng Bank.
