• Infrastructure PPP:
• Served as a lawyer in the Advisory Group for the Middle Route Project of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project and Three Gorges Project;
• Served as the legal advisor for Tianjin Development Zone Infrastructure Center, providing legal services for a large number of infrastructure projects;
• Advised Tianjin Yu Jiabao Investment Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd. and related platform companies on BT/BOT projects;
• Advised Wuyi New District of Fujian Province, China National Vehicle Corporation on the PPP project of rail transit for tourism.

• Real Estate :
• Acted as the legal adviser for the new station construction project of CCTV and the reconstruction and expansion project of the National Museum;
• Acted as legal adviser for China Minmetals Real Estate Tianjin Company, Tianjin Eco-City Construction Investment Corporation, Tianjin Binhai Construction and Investment Group Real Estate Company, Tianjin Zhongxing Investment, Hainan Jiabao Real Estate, Guangxi Gaoli Real Estate, Tianjin Zhongxing International Investment Company, Tianjin Central Fishing Port Investment Company, Tianjin Binhai New City Construction and Development Company, and Municipal Environmental Investment Company in Tianjin Central Business District for their development and construction of real estate projects ;
• Advised Tianjin New Financial Investment Co., Ltd. on its investment in Tianjin Julia Music Institute;
• Provided legal services for a number of large-scale mergers and acquisitions as well as due diligence for the projects such as the investment of Tianjin Binhai New Area Central Business District Group Corporation in China Steel International Plaza, the acquisition of Tianjin Tonight Real Estate by Tianjin Binhai Land , the acquisition of Tianjin Xiqing Linxi by Minmetals Group, and the acquisition of Tianjin Rongyuan by Minmetals Group etc.

• Engineering Claims and Counterclaims:
• Provided legal services for major claims for China Construction Group Jinzhou Sewage Treatment Plant contracting project, Changchun Southern Sewage Treatment Plant project and Jinzhou Xinhua Plaza contracted project;
• Advised China Construction First Bureau for its claim on major losses in the construction of infrastructure project of Tianjin Beitang TBD Headquarters;
• Provided legal services for China Construction Second Bureau Third Company for major engineering claims in Tianjin Donglihu Evergrande Project and Tianjin Lixian Shengguang Tourism Project;
• Provided special legal services for China Construction 8th Bureau, Nantong Construction Engineering, Tongzhou Construction and Nantong No. 2 Construction;

• Engineering Litigation and Arbitration:
• Represented clients in the arbitration between China National Construction International and Italian mechanical and electrical subcontractors on Beijing Bank of China Building, Contract disputes between China Construction Eighth Bureau and Tianjin Xingyao Real Estate, China Construction Eighth Bureau v. Tianjin Taorun Real Estate on Project Dispute, engineering dispute between Tianjin Anye Real Estate and China Construction and the 4th Company of China Construction 2nd Bureau , and disputes between China Construction 2nd Bureau and Construction Bureau Tianjin Shengguang Tourism Project etc.
• Represented clients in a number of major engineering disputes cases, such as Tongzhou Construction Jilin Dunhua Engineering Lawsuit Case, Nantong Construction Engineering Tianjin Jingwu Town Engineering Proceedings, China Construction Sixth Bureau Changchun Kumho Tyre Engineering Lawsuit, and Tianjin Haijing v. thirteen Governance Project Dispute Case.
