• Government & Environment

• Represented the government of Shandong province for the largest ecological damage compensation case (250 million yuan) in China, called the "10.21" Event, which is the first ecological damage compensation lawsuit brought by a provincial government.
• Drafted many administrative regulations, such as the Regulation of Environmental Protection in Shandong Province, the Regulation on Prevention and Control of Air Pollution in Shandong Province, the Regulation on Prevention and Control of Water Pollution in Shandong Province, the Regulation on Nature Reserves of Shandong Province, the Regulation of Tax Protection in Shandong Province, the Regulation of Air pollution Control in Jining City and so on.
• Assisted the Department of Ecological Environment of Shandong Province in drafting provincial institutional documents, such as the Measures for the Administration of Compensation for Ecological Environmental Damage in Shandong Province, the Measures for Consultation on Compensation for Ecological Environmental Damage in Shandong Province, and the Measures for the Administration of Funds for Compensation for Ecological Environmental Damage in Shandong Province.
• Assisted the Higher People's Court of Shandong Province in formulating litigation rules for ecological and environmental damage and compensation.
• Provided legal services for the Environmental Law Enforcement Bureau of the Department of Ecological Environment of Shandong Province, which focused on the construction of the legal risk prevention and control system for environmental law enforcement.
• Provides legal services for a number of listed companies and large private enterprises, that is "enterprise environmental legal risk prevention and control system".

• Investment and Financing

• Provided M&A services for more than 300 subordinate enterprises of State Grid Shandong Electric Power Group and restructuring services for more than 60 subordinate enterprises.
• Provided legal services for Shandong Luxin Investment Holding Co., LTD, Shandong Economic Development and Investment Co., LTD and Shandong Expressway Group Co., LTD in dozens of projects.
• Provided legal services for a number of real estate mergers and acquisitions projects.
• Provided legal services for a BOT project of the sewage treatment plant of the Jinan Municipal Public Utility Bureau.
• Advised Mingshui Car Parts Plant of Shandong Automobile Industry Corporation for the equity transfer project of the joint venture company.

• Financial Insurance

• Represented Shandong International Trust Co., Ltd. for its stock infringement dispute with Liaocheng Municipal State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.
• Represented the Heping sub-branch of Agricultural Bank of China in a loan contract dispute with  a Shandong group.
• Advised more than 30 investment trust projects for Shandong International Trust Co., LTD.
• Represented China Railway No. 14 Bureau Group in the case of insurance contract disputes with Jinan branch of an state-owned insurance company.
• Established long-term cooperative relationships with four major state-owned Banks, Shandong branch, Shandong International Trust Co., LTD., Shandong branch of China Merchants Bank, China Great Wall Asset Management Co., LTD., China Oriental Asset Management Co., LTD., and other companies.
