• Represented Inner Mongolia Mengniu Dairy Group Co., Ltd. in the trademark infringement and unfair competition dispute against Hohhot Economic and Technology Development Zone Mengniu Liquor Co., Ltd

• Represented P&G in the trademark infringement and unfair competition dispute against Shanghai Chenxuan Intelligent Technology Development Co., Ltd. The trademark “Safeguard” at issue was the first famous trademark recognized by the court in Shanghai

• Represented Crocodile International Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) in the trademark dispute against Shanghai Oriental Crocodile Apparel Limited and LACOSTE (France). This case was one of the top ten cases of juridical protection of intellectual property in 2010 in China

• Represented Shanghai Mitsubishi Elevator in the case of computer software end-user dispute initiated by Microsoft

• Represented Schneider Electric Industries SAS in the trademark infringement and unfair competition dispute against Shanghai Meilanrilan Electric Group Co., Ltd. and etc
