• Acted as legal counsel for Uroica’s major asset restructuring in 2014 and 2016 

• Acted as legal counsel for Uroica’s 2017 Restricted Stock Incentive Program 

• Acted as legal counsel for companies' listing on the new three board such as Lutong Technology (832119), Wangsheng Garden (832308), Lan Best (832730), Sanhe New Energy (833891), Tianmao New Materials (834727), etc. 

• Acted as legal counsel for China National Heavy Duty Truck Group's major asset restructuring and mergers and acquisitions with Xiaoya Electric Co., Ltd. 

• Acted as legal counsel for debt issuance projects of Shandong Provincial High-Speed Group Co., Ltd., Linfen Mining Group Co., Ltd., Penglai Pavilion Travel Co., Ltd. and Zhaoyuan State-owned Assets Management Company. 

• Acted as agent of the listed company in the first domestic lawsuit of small shareholders' rights and interests infringement; of senior executives of listed companies involved in insider trading and other cases.

Professional Background

• Mr. Gong Xiangji joined DeHeng Law Offices as a partner in 2012 and is currently the head of the Corporations & Securities practice group in the Jinan office. Prior to this, he worked for a Shandong law firm as a member of the Management Committee.
