- Served as the perennial legal advisor of Yankuang Donghua Construction Co., Ltd. and led the establishment of the legal risk management and prevention system for the company.
- Served as the perennial legal advisor of Jinan Thermal Power Group Co., Ltd. and fully participated in the legal affairs management of the company and the risk management of various construction projects;
- Participated in the development of a gold mine project by Yankuang Donghua Construction Co., Ltd. and the Ecuadorian government;
- Participated in the development of real estate projects by Yankuang Donghua Construction Co., Ltd. and the Peru government
- Provided legal services for a number of state-owned enterprises and institutions, including the Shandong Provincial Political Consultative Conference, Shandong Electric Power, Electric Power Construction Company, Shandong Expressway, Shandong Geology and Minerals, Luxin Group;
- Dispute Resolution
- Acted for Yankuang Donghua Construction Co., Ltd. Project construction project construction contract dispute case, the amount of which was 20 million RMB, which lasted five years and was tried by six courts (including the Supreme People's Court) and finally won the case;
- Participated in the temporary arbitration of India Power Plant Project of China Power Construction Group Power Construction Co., Ltd., with a bid of US$320 million,mediated and closed the case successfully.
- Acted for Shandong Ludi Mining Company's recourse case for RMB 120 million investment in Indonesia’s chromite project, negotiating to force the other party to compromise and refund, reaching a settlement successfully.
