Mr. Ding specializes in Antitrust and Competition Law and Section 337 Investigation.

In the area of antitrust and competition, Mr. Ding has advised clients on their distribution agreements, business models under the Anti-monopoly Law. He has represented clients on several antitrust litigations and investigations. Mr. Ding has provided legal services on China merger filings, designed Anti-monopoly Law compliance programs, conducted antitrust audit, provided antitrust training for multinational and domestic companies. He is coauthor of a CCH book – China Anti-monopoly Law Guide, GCR Cartel Regulation 2013 China Chapter, ICLG Cartels & Leniency 2013 China Chapter. He is author of ICLG Competition Litigation 2015.
