The awards ceremony of the "Chongqing Best Lawyer (Law Firm) Award 2018" of Chongqing Lawyers Association was held at Chongqing Grand Theatre on April 26. Eleven law firms including DeHeng (Chongqing) Law Office won the "Best of the Year" title. DeHeng (Chongqing) Law Office has won this "Oscar" award of legal services industry in Chongqing for many consecutive years. Junfeng Tang, a managing partner of DeHeng in the Chongqing office, received the award at the awards ceremony on behalf of Chongqing office.
The Lawyer of the Year Award 2018 was also announced at the awards ceremony, and 45 lawyers won the award. He Bin, a DeHeng partner in the Chongqing office, was awarded the "Best Civil and Commercial Litigation Lawyer 2018" and Lu Mei, a DeHeng partner in the Chongqing office, was awarded "Best Legal Counsel 2018".

He Bin is a partner of DeHeng in the Chongqing office and member of the management committee. He specializes in providing legal services in the construction and real estate fields. With more than 20 years of experience, he is the long-term legal counsel for large real estate enterprises including Jinke Real Estate Co., Ltd., Chongqing Yuanji Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Luneng Development Group Co., Ltd. His representative litigation cases include but are not limited to: the case of dispute over the property sale and purchase contract for "Metro Plaza", the direct promotion for the promulgation of the "Measures on the Administration of Pre-sale of Commodity Houses" by the Ministry of Construction; Fuxin Real Estate's case of disputes over more than 100 housing purchase contracts (effectively dissolved social conflict).
