Mr. Li Hongyuan is a partner and lawyer of the Beijing office. His areas of practice cover construction engineering, bidding & tendering, government procurement and PPP projects. Mr. Li completed his undergraduate at the University of Science and Technology of China and then earned a master's degree in law from Nankai University. His work experience has encompassed engineering project tendering, contract management and legal services. He is a certified tenderer in China, experienced in providing legal services for construction engineering, EPC and PPP projects, and he is familiar with FIDIC terms and provisions. The major infrastructure construction projects he has represented include the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project with a total investment over RMB100 billion and Baidu's standard database EPC project in E-Town; the PPP projects he represented include the PPP project for Beijing Daxing International Airport rail line, that for Metro Line 1 & 2 of Wuhu city, and that for tram transport for sightseeing in Wuyi Mountains.
