DeHeng Advised Meilianshu on Prepackaged Reorganization
of "Heyun · Meilianshu" Development Project

Recently, DeHeng Chengdu Office was entrusted by Chengdu Meilianshu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. ("Meilianshu Company") to implement the bankruptcy reorganization plan. Zeng Jiayu, a partner of DeHeng Chengdu, officially signed the "Bankruptcy Reorganization Special Engagement Contract" with Meilianshu Company.

"Heyun • Meilianshu" is the real estate project developed by Meilianshu Company in three phases. The Phase-III was suspended for two years due to various problems, resulting in the postponement of property ownership certificate issuances for Phase-II, and lawsuits filed by creditors, complaints to the government filed by property owners. The relevant departments of Pidu District Government paid much attention to the resolving of the issue. The signing of this contract marks the official start of the prepackaged reorganization of the enterprise saddled with liabilities of hundreds of millions of yuan. 

DeHeng Chengdu Office has formulated innovative proposals of prepackaged reorganization in its practices for varied company situations, and has advised the bankruptcy and reorganization for many companies including Chengdu Xintonghui, Suining Zhongyuan, and Ya’an Yunxiang, with positive feedback from clients.
