DeHeng Represented in a Dispute Resolution Case,
Avoiding Losses of Several Millions of Yuan for the Client

In a project fund settlement dispute between Chizhou Huichi Market Management Co., Ltd. ("Chizhou Huichi") and China Construction Sixth Engineering Division Co., Ltd., lawyer Yuan Jian and trainee lawyer Cui Yongjian of DeHeng (Hefei) Law Office secured the best interests for Chizhou Huichi through professional legal services, helped the client avoiding economic loss of several million yuan.

It is reported that in September 2014, China Construction Sixth Engineering Division Co., Ltd. signed an engineering construction contract with Chizhou Huichi. Later, Chizhou Huichi was sued to Chizhou Intermediate People's Court for its failure to timely pay the project fund due to the change of market circumstances.
