DeHeng has recently provided legal services for semiconductor industry investment funds such as CEC-Walden (Chengdu) Equity Investment Center (Limited Partnership), Qingdao Jingque Xinyuan Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) and Qingdao Tian'an Walden Investment Center (Limited Partnership) to complete their filing and major changes with the Asset Management Association of China (AMAC).
The semiconductor industry is reputed as the "heart" of the information industry, but its technological barriers are high and demand for financial investment is huge. It is a weak point in China’s technology industry. To change the situation, the Chinese government has identified it as a priority industry from the 12th Five-Year Plan period to the 13th Five-Year Plan period. Since then, the Chinese semiconductor industry has been growing by leaps and bounds, thanks to policy incentives and enthusiastic investors.
