At the International Bar Association Annual Conference 2019 in Seoul on September 24, DeHeng banking and finance partner Zhang Xu had the honor of serving as a panelist for the session Asian investments in Latin America: challenges and opportunities. Delegates during the session at Zhang Xu's table were particularly interested in sharing experiences and asking questions about foreign exchange regulations affecting outbound M&A from China to Latin America.
