DeHeng Advised CR Land on the Legal Toolkit for Urban Renewal

On November 25, the DeHeng Shenzhen Office organized an introductory and training event for the legal toolkit on urban renewal for CR Land to sum up its research findings on the toolkit for urban renewal standardization in key cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, a special legal service commissioned by the latter. The lead lecturer was lawyer Li Jianhua, a member of the Management Committee of the Shenzhen Office and head of the Construction & Real Estate Practice Group. 

CR Land (stock code: HK1109) is the urban construction and operation arm of CR Group – a Fortune 500 company. It is a leading investor, developer and operator of urban construction projects in China and a pioneer player in Shenzhen's urban renewal.

Their research outcome of over 1 million words include217 mind maps, 157 check-lists, 57 sample cases, 96 risk points, 180 solutions and 660 documents to present visualized analysis of the procedures, risks, precedents and policies regarding urban renewal in Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Dongguan.
