DeHeng Won the Bid as Perennial Legal Counsel

for China Xiongan Group's City Development Investment Co., Ltd.

According to the announcement on China Xiongan Group's tendering and procurement management platform on January 9, 2020, DeHeng won the second package of the bid for providing perennial legal services for the Group's City Development Investment Co., Ltd. for 2020-2021. Accordingly DeHeng will provide perennial legal services to the latter in areas of corporate governance, investment & financing and risk management. 

City Development Investment Co., Ltd. was solely funded by China Xiongan Group on November 7, 2017. This was the first bid launched on the Group's tendering and procurement management platform. CITIC International Tendering Co., Ltd. served as the agent and lead organizer. It organized a panel to comprehensively review the bidders in terms of composite strength, the composition of the service team, service proposals and the qualifications of stationed lawyers before choosing the winners. 

The DeHeng team was led by partner Wang Gang, with support from lawyers Li Hongyuan, Sun Xiaoli, Yan Zejuan and Niu Tong in various areas.
