On July 31, 2020, at Shenyang-Zhongguancun Innovation Center for Intelligent Manufacturing, a press conference of "Beijing-Shenzhen Collaboration to Build a Dreaming Future" was held to brief on the progress of the Shenyang-Zhongguancun project and introduce Zhongguancun's latest technologies and products.

In the past six months since the launch of the Shenyang-Zhongguancun project, Shenyang has organized 26 online and offline activities, including a roadshow of technology innovation projects of Zhongguancun Silicon Valley, the innovation forum for industrial transformation, and Beijing-Shenzhen Collaborative Innovation Fair. Nearly 600 enterprises from Zhongguancun, the Beijing-Tianjin area and overseas were invited to visit the city in order to promote the match and cooperation between talents and ideas, creativity and capital, innovation and industry. Thanks to these efforts, Shenyang has created a favorable environment for the tech industry, ignited the passion for innovation and entrepreneurship, and fully released the brand effect of Zhongguancun.
