On December 31, 2020, Zhejiang Marssenger Kitchenware Co., Ltd. ("Marssenger," stock code: 300894) officially went public on ChiNext of Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

For the initial public offering, Marssenger issued 40.5 million shares at the price of RMB 14.07 per share, and raised about RMB 570 million. The money raised will be mainly used to fund the "Intelligent Integrated Stove Industrial Park Project", "Research and Development Center and Information Technology Upgrade Project" and "Integrated Stove Production Line Upgrade Project."
