On January 27, 2021, EMTEK (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. was listed on ChiNext of Shenzhen Stock Exchange. For the initial public offering, EMTEK issued 16.275 million shares at the price of RMB 37.28 per share, and raised RMB 607 million.
