Recently Beijing Minggal Semiconductor Co., Ltd. completed the Series A financing round, and raised nearly RMB 100 million from lead investor El Camino Capital, and YTI Capital, Share Capital and Camel Capital. The money will be mainly used for the production expansion and research and development of gallium (iii) oxide projects.
