Recently, after five years of hard work from 2019 to 2023, DeHeng’s lawyers finally assisted the Chinese trade exporter they represented in recovering and obtaining the trade payment owed by a German buyer after obtaining the bankruptcy judgment of German court. On August 24, 2023, the first creditors’ meeting on the pre-reorganization of Shandong Guanfeng Seed Technology Co., Ltd. was held at the Fourth Trial Division of the People’s Court of Guanxian County, Shandong Province.

The market-oriented bankruptcy reorganization case of N-Securities Co., Ltd., the first of its kind for Chinese securities companies, was successfully concluded.

The People's Court of Yongkang City, Zhejiang Province, based on the application of the creditors Yichang Zhongwei Auto Sales Service Co., Ltd., Yichang Yuanheng Auto Sales Service Co., Ltd., and Jingmen Zhongwei Auto Sales Service Co., Ltd., ruled to accept the bankruptcy liquidation case of Zhejiang ZOTYE Auto Sales Co., Ltd. As the legal counsel of more than 80 dealers (i.e., creditors of ZOTYE Auto Sales) across the country, the DeHeng team, led by partner Dong Xueming, and with primary support from lawyers Han Liwei and Kang Jing, provided special legal services to some creditors and dealers of ZOTYE Auto Sales.

On October 31, 2021, the Higher People's Court of Hainan Province ruled to approve the Restructuring Plan of Hainan Airlines Holding Co., Ltd. and Its Ten Subsidiaries and the Restructuring Plan of the Substantive Consolidation and Reorganization Case Involving 321 Companies including HNA Group Co., Ltd. It marked that the restructuring and insolvency work of HNA Group's main aviation business entered into the restructuring execution stage.

On July 18, 2018, the Dalian Intermediate People's Court ordered the restructuring of Dahua Group Co., Ltd. on the grounds that it was unable to pay off the due debts and there was obvious possibility of insolvency. Considering that Dahua Group, Dalian Ruilin Co., Ltd., Dalian Wancheng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., Dalian Sanhui Thermoelectric Co., Ltd., Dahua Group Dalian International Trade Co., Ltd., Dalian Jinggu Fuel & Chemical Co., Ltd., Dalian Carbon Chemical Co., Ltd. of Dahua Group, Dahua Dissolved Acetylene Gas Plant of Dalian Economic and Technological Development Zone, and Dalian Dahua Longdao Petrochemical Co., Ltd. were highly mixed in corporate personality and financial affairs, on January 25, 2019, the above court ruled that these nine companies including Dahua Group were subject to substantive merger and restructuring. The restructuring plan was approved by the court in March 2019.
