She had worked in government for 8 years, and once worked as an intern for China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, South China Sub-Commission. Her legal experiences are as following: •Litigated at various levels of courts in aspects of corporation, contract, securities, such as contract dispute between a foreign and a domestic company, or equity disputes between a state-owned enterprise and foreign investment company, etc. •Represented clients to participate in arbitration and applied for enforcement of arbitration award. •Drafted and translated legal documents, including contract, legal opinion, and litigation documents such as complaint, defense, or representation etc. •Searched for all kinds of legal regulations and relative cases for clients, and drafted legal advice to clients, provided professional training for our clients’ employee.
